Terms and Conditions for Hire of Hall
Mortimer Hall is available for hire on Saturday’s between 10.00am and 11.55pm and on Sunday’s between 10.00am and 6.30pm, a refundable deposit is required for all bookings and the hire fee includes the use of tables and chairs (seating for 80) and use of the kitchen, there are modern toilet facilities including facilities for the disabled, a sprung dance floor, plus free car parking for our patrons.
Due to fire regulations, the maximum numbers, including children (and babies), permitted on the premises are 80 attending any event at the hall. Due to noise restrictions under the terms of the hall’s premises licence, we are unable to accept bookings for events with loud music.
